Bouncy Ball is a mini game that rewards you the Bouncy Ball Licence
Bouncy Ball is an item you can unlock to speed up your movement. this item can not be bought, you have to do the invisible toilet quest.
How to unlock Bouncy Ball
On Autumn Island, left of the Gem Upgrade machine you can start the invisible toilet quest.
First quest is to get 20 Slime which can be found on Mushroom Island by defeating the Glow Mushroom. Each time you defeat the island enemy you get 4 Slime.
After you've collected 20 Slime you can go back to the Invisible Toilet quest giver and send in the 20 Slime, then enter the minigame.
After you've entered the minigame, you need to get to the end of the minigame without falling into the water. This may take a couple tries.
Once your at the end you get a UI saying you've unlocked the Bouncy Ball and claimed the Bouncy Ball

I'm stuck on one of the checkpoints, what do i do?
If your stuck on any checkpoint, you could try to go back a checkpoint to gain momentum.
